My Hathway Broadband internet is not working form last 15 days.Every day is call them for follow up…my complaint is not solved till day..every day different commitment is given by different executive,Even they assigned the engineer who didn’t even visit the place and commented on the complain that he has visited the place with out monitoring the problem he gave his comment of modem change.I have even asked to disconnect the connection on which they didn’t even respond back,My complain nos are 11407367, 11377031

I was not able to access the internet for last so many days which has affected my work,I got a loss of almost 5000 as I have online business
