Hathway broadband – False Promise – Review

Hathway Broadband committed me 512-2mbps plan but actual i am getting 512-1.6 m.b.p.s. speed. i have registered the complain about this more then 10 times but no solution for this Evan their nodal officer don’t provide response.
Sometimes they stop services have to wait for 30 minutes for customer care after conversation they provide service after 5 or 6 days. very bad response to customer.

If they don’t have any service engineer to make solution about customer s complain. so please cancel their license to sale isp. Evan every home based customer in my soc. frosted by this to call them again & again.
