Hathway Broadband – Poor Service Frequent disconnection

My Name is Imran Khan Lodhi. Hathway Broadband Account Number:1248684. On 06-Jan-2015, Paid an amount of Rs 2360 for the Plan ‘FIBER STREAM3 HYD 50Mbps QtlyU’. On 09-Jan-2015, Broadband Services has been activated. Since then I faced frequent disconnection and Speed Issues. Actual Promised Speed is 50mbps, but it struggles to open a simple google page maximum number of times. Ticket No: 11657986,11633659(on 14-Jan-2015) and 1121246(on 12-Jan-2015). These tickets refers to closure of Hathway connection. 11697049,11730236 are recently raised ones.Since then I have not get any response from them.I have a track of daily speed test and disconnection snapshots. below are the few of them(recent)

Requesting you to help me to close this connection and arrange refund of full money from them.(Hathway Broad band)
