I am living in South Ganesh Nagar area of east delhi where i contacted this person mr. Rahul who was some local cable vendor i asked him to fix a internet connection for me, and after some day when internet speed is started to drop, i noticed that even after calling him won’t give a solution to my problem i even asked him to upgrade my plan and he refused to do so, and started saying nonsense on the phone like i cannot do this right now and you need to pay extra money i said see this internet connection you have charged me more than 800 and for only 512 KBPS and internet speed is like shit, upgrade or do something about it,

I want maximum compensation on the internet or the speed up gradation and time i lost cannot be replayed although i am ready to pay their services but it should be remunerated ,
