I am having Hathway internet connectivity issue from 23 July 2016 and I have raise a complain about it several time and every time a new ticket is raiser and close with out my acknowledgment. On 1 August 2016 engineer visited my premises and reported faulty modem. Today is 06 August 2016 no has turn around, on calling customer care I am been told that will send engineer buy today EOD. As of now things are not moving anywhere and as a customer, I am not getting what I am paying for.
