My Name is saurabh tripathi, got connection of hathway broadband services on 20 aug 14 (cable connected) & modem installed on 20 Aug 14, but got internet connectivity on 23 august due to some technical problems..ok i managed but after using fro 3 days again connectivity lost on 26 aug 2014 at 10:00 PM.Till now the problem is still unresolved. I have called customer care cell so many times, every time they say today it is getting resolved. I also mailed to nodal officers but from there also there is no res ponce. I am really fed-up with the services of hathway. Kindly do the needful…. I want my money back if they are not going to resolve the issues. It caused my mental pressure. Please do the needful ASAP

Sir I just want them to resolve the connectivity issues. which are happening again and again.
