I have bought a connection from hathway on July 16 that was activated on 19th july after so many complains, the person namely gaurav pandey promised me of 15 GB data but i got only 10 gb, there is no downloading speed in that data, biggest trouble is whenever i used call him he never receives my call and at the the time of the installation also he collected the money from me and not sending anyone to install the connection and was trying to threatening me by saying about his contacts and all was also saying go and lodge my complain no one is going to do anything..i am fed of this person he is just misbehaving and be fooling me..please do something for this person

I want him to feel sorry and either he should give my money back or give me the data and speed and a permanent from their side so that whenever i have any query i could call them.
