I’ve purchased Reliance Wi-Pod. My monthly billing cycle was Rs. 599+tax (monthly plan was 5GB Day + 5GB Night data usages Unlimited means if I use less than 5GB than speed of internet will be 3G and if I use more than 5GB than speed will be lower than 3G). Now my complaint is, Reliance has changes my monthly plan without give any instruction to me (They have changed my monthly plan as 5GB limited). I’m from middle class. I’m living with a budget. My reliance wi-pod total monthly bill was Rs. 690.00 approx. But now because of FRAUD reliance, I’ve received my wi-pod bill of Rs. 2030.00 approx. which is not acceptable to a middle class family. They don’t know how Rs. 2000 will earn?? I’ve talked with Reliance customer care executive regarding that and they’ve told me that they can’t help me..
