Hathway Broadband – poor service

I had taken a connection with promised offer as, pay for 6 months and get two month connection free. First 6 months have expired and company has now turned off my connection. Upon complaining at call center it is promised to be resolved next day but nothing happens. Then I was asked to visit there office, which also I complied to on 07/08/2013. There I was promised again for some corrective action but nothing has happened. I called the call center again but the same reply about my payment due date is received. The company is trying to dupe me on my face after promising the service delivery (free two months) at the time of taking connection and has been harassing me unnecessarily. The company would have been successful at its fraud by saying there was no such offer but at the time of connection I had proactively asked the person to write about the free 2 month offer on the receipt. I have duly showed them when I visited their branch office but still no action has been taken.

The company should immediately apologize and provide my rightful two month and further two months for inconvenience caused to me.
