Hathway Broad band Acct : 1081264 Hi, Hathway account is Account No. 1081264. I am facing poor speed and frequent break-down in the Internet service. Even while writing this e-mail I am facing issues. I have called 2-3 times to call center but every time they told that engineer will come to my place. Nothing happened. I am very much irritated with the service. Please find attached E-mails those were not responded at all.

Due the frequent interruption and false promises Hathway mad, I lost almost a month and my work hampered a lot. There were frequet false promises and multiple complaints lodged and they were closed without attending.
