RSRTC – Conductor Negligence Bus did not Stop

Heavy heartily, I would like to bring in to your notice that on 12 Jan 2015 early morning 4.45 AM, I planned to travel from Jodhpur to Pali RSRTC , I bought the ticket in time & boarded the bus as well which was supposed to depart at 4.45 AM from Jodhpur but unfortunately the bus didn’t depart till 5.10 AM after inquiring from the ticket counter I came to know that the delay in departure is only because the conductor of the bus hadn’t report till that time, When all the passengers lost their patience & complaint at counter we got very negative reply & the attender very rudely addressed our complaint & ask us to board the next bus which was scheduled at 5.15 AM since I had an important meeting to attend in Pali, I had no option left but to board next scheduled bus since I have bought the ticket for the earlier bus I had to travel standing (Without seat) because the seat number allotted to me for the earlier bus was already allotted another passenger . The reason why I’m writing you this mail is even frustrating as I tried to complaint through your message service but there is no option for delay in bus departure due to such in discipline reason & when I tried to contact your call center number (18002000103), I got very rude reply that “What are you complaining about it’s only that bus didn’t depart at time, but the bus depart to the destination”. After listing to this reply I had no option left but to write my grievance to you keeping the hope that you would take necessary action against the conductor, counter staff & reiterate employees seating at grievance cell because of your indiscipline conductor I failed to reach in time for my official meeting & even after reaching in time at bus depot buying the ticket had to traveled standing for more than an hour.
