HATHWAY Broadband Internet service executive promised me that they will solve my problem by the end of the day but today it’s been 2 full days yet and no service call from their side has been made and no technician so far arrived to resolve the issue. Before applying for the connection they told me that for any support the executive will serve you better but they are denying from their statements which they have promised till yet. I think I had made a wrong decision but choosing Hathway broadband and I might recommend others not to use it at any cost. Here they will misguide you in every aspect to make money from your side. Their customer executive Sonal is an idiot person with no manners of treating a customer who doesn’t know what she thinks about her self. She was in such an attitude manner as she only runs the company or maybe she is the boss of the company. Poor service given by Vikas from Hathway broadband because he promised to serve better.
