I took a Hathway Internet connection in June 2014. I made the payment of Rs.10043/- on June 7th. My payment receipt number is BLRISP/3932 dated 7/6/14. However until now my installation has not been completed. A Field agent had come to my place and has done the wiring. Another guy came and connected the modem and the wireless router. However the internet has not been working since then. I have called their call center multiple times. Each time they tell me that my installation is not complete since my modem does not have MAC address associated with it. They tell me that they’ll inform their backed to fix it but nothing has been done till now. First call center request number: 9973453 29th june – Spoke to Revathi. Second request number: 10069511 6th July: Spoke to Varsha. Third request number: 10120841. Again spoke to Sayed the same day since the issue was not fixed. Its been almost 3 months since I made the payment and I’m regretting getting the Hathway connection since it has just not worked and the service rendered is so pathetic. I want my payment refunded since they have not rendered the service they promised.

I want the money Rs.10043/- which I paid to Hathway Internet refunded with interest.
