Hathway Broadband – Shifting of Internet Connection sales team has no answer

I have applied for Shifting of Internet connection on 26th November 2013 with shifting fees. The sales executive has assured me that shifting will be done in 7-10 days. I was constantly following up for shifting but sales team has no answer when will my connection will be shifted. I have previously requested for shifting on 12th November 2013 but sales executive has collected my shifting request on 26th November 2013 that too after i have escalated matter to his superior. After constant follow up, i come to know that Technical head Mr. Sunil Mali is authorized for shifting of internet connection and he is not responding. I have tried calling their customer care but no one knows how to reach him. I got Nodal officer contact details on company website but on trying his Mobile no, i found that it was switched off. I wrote an e-mail to him on 10th December 2013 but that too bounced. I forwarded that e-mail to company’s other e-mail id but till now i didn’t get any revert on my e-mail. I am loyal customer of Hathway broadband and using broadband connection from last 5 years but still i am facing this kind of problem. I am not able use internet in spite of paying money all in advance. I have also paid shifting charges. I request you to please look in to and resolve the matter. Now I don’t want to continue my internet connection with Hathway broadband and seeking refund of my money with compensation of No. of days i lost connectivity. I have renewed my connection for 480 days with Rs. 4300 plus have paid Rs. 2500 as shifting charges. I have used internet only for 40 days and seeking refund of remaining 440 days + shifting charges in full with appropriate compensation so as to compensate for the no of days i don’t able to use internet. I want refund of my money with appropriate compensation as a loss of connectivity as law deems fit. Or else extension of internet connection with no of days i lost connectivity plus up-gradation in broadband plan (from Combo – 256-1 mbps to 1 mbps).
