I had issues with Hathway cable operator. There is a display coming up as soon as switching on TV. The display shows “You are unauthorized to view this channel. Please contact your nearest office.” There is a customer care number, but there is no response.This issue stated from 15 days back.

I called the local operator and gave all the details related to the set top box. They took all the details, but further there was no response from them. They just told me that my complaint has been forwarded to mumbai office. They don’t have any information about hyderabad office or mumbai office. They are giving a vague information.

Resolve the issue and refund the monthly rental of Rs 180 or the amount for which the number of days the issue continued.
