Hi, For broadband connection i pained Rs.2470/- to Hathway folks.They came and collected money from home.They told me that they have internet cluster near to my home and they will provide me the connection by End of the day.I called to the person who collected money from me several times he is not responded then i started calling to customer care number of hathway +91 -804016xxx.When ever i call they will tell by End of the day the installation will be done.After three days supervisor named Swpana called to me and told we are unable to provide you services because we need to spend wire for 20 meters and we are unable to bare the same. I asked her if that is the case how your folks are agreed for the same to install on the same day.She told sorry and disconnect the call.

i want to file complaint on hathway as they should not make any issues to any customers like me.
