Hathway – Frequent disconnections no customer care

Hi, We are having a broad band connections from Hathway…. details of account are :- Account Name – DVN Traders, Account Number – 75591 Contact Person Mr. Niraj Choksi. Respected Sir / Madam, We are facing problem like 1) Frequent disconnections 2) No service for getting the connections resolved 3) no complaint is been registered when we call the call center they just verbally take the complaint and the normal checking is done but our internet gets disconnected they say that our inter modem is working there but we here don’t have any internet supply nor we are connected and when we tell them what to do they say the tech guy will come and get the problem solved…..but no one comes….. then after few days we again call for complaint but same ….. now today after a force we asked for complaint number they gave 1 number :- 10945347 but after re confirming with them they told there is no complaint as such then again i got new number :- 11131730 but i am not sure weather this number is right or not……. we are your client and we know what is the use of RTI….. 3) we are having this kind of problem from last 6 months and we have took service of tikona and we are paying 4900 for 3 months for 4.0 mbps and we are getting better service then hathway….. and we are paying you guys 6957 rupees per month and for tikona we are paying 1633 per month as we are your old customer we would like you to take proper steps to resolve the problem and if you are not able to solve then we would discontinue your service…… waiting for the revert as we are been waiting for last 6 months for proper service we wont mind for more 2 -3 days to get the final revert from your end waiting… Sincerely Yours,

get my service activated in proper manner or apology letter from hathway for the delay and never give false commitments to their clients
