I have been using Hathway internet for last couple of years. It been registered under the name of Jay Gholap (Account Number:754124).Last month, I update the hathway broadband to 50Mbps plan. Since then I have been getting connectivity issues. Internet is getting disconnected every other day. I am unable to connect it using the router. I tried calling their tech team multiple times and never got any engineer to resolve this issue. Also, I tried to contact them at their office and raised my complaint. Still, no one has responded to my complaint yet. Only response I always get from them is their engineer will come to resolve the issue. For last 1 month, no one has come to get it fixed. The worst customer service given by hathway.
I want someone to get it resolved immediately. Else, I will disconnect their broadband and request for refund of amount I paid.
