The Service provided by Hathway internet is very poor. I have prepaid plain and I am not getting service for the amount paid. There are frequent server and frequency issues, due to this we don’t get connection properly and we loose internet connection for almost 5 to 6 hours on daily basis. We need to call hathway services daily for the connection issues which is causing higher phone bills. the technical support people are not well trained so inturn they give illogical solutions (like unplug the modem, change the browser even if there is no internet connectivity). I am spending a lot on phone calls to hathway but all efforts are in vain. they always commit that their engineer will come to rectify the problem, but their engineers never come to see the problem.

Need proper service. As I have already paid, I cannot take any other internet plan and also I am wasting my study time behind these internet issues.
