From past 2 days my broadband Internet is not working. My modem seems to have some problem. I have registered many complaints with Hathway in the pay 50 hours or so. When I called forest they said that my company would be resolved in 24 hours and hence I waited. Every time i call the Hathwsy helpline they say it will be rectified in 2 hours, but still it is not rectified. This is the second time in 4 months that I am facing this problem from Hathway. Even earlier they did not give me the Internet speed promised of 50 Mbps and layer after writing mail to Hathway nodal team my issue was resolved. This is now the second time and I have had enough with them.
I have given INR 3370 2 days back to renew my intent pack. If i do not get a solution i want that back. Plus additional compensation for the harrasment caused by Hathway.
Either they resolve my issue permanently or give me compensation.
