I bought mobile phone from quikr.com worth rs11,700.00 rs. but when I inserted sim card it was not detecting hence as per company policy I returned the phone within a week and they said that your amount will be debited in your account within 10 days. I contacted after 10 days when I didnt get my money, till the date I didnt get it and whenever I try to call they always reply within 2 days you will get but many weeks has been gone and till the date I cant see my money. They kept my phone and money also.they are not replying properly.
