my last year subscription ended on 26th May 2016, at that time i have balance approx 56 GB in my account. i have pay for renewal in advance near by 10th May 2016 to avoid unnecessary Cut in service. so by mistake of their sale person they have renew from 16th May 2016 and deduct my balanced 50 GB. I have mail them couple of time but no response from their side. I have attached mail communication.

As a Damaged they have charged me 6000 for 500 GB total. so as per that calculation it arrive approx Rs 12 per gb. so at around i have lost of 600 Rs (12 rs * 50 GB)
