Havells Coffee Maker – Under warranty, repair Delayed

I have Purchased a Havells Coffee Maker which is in Gurrantee Period. It stopped working properly & I called Havells Service Center for it’s service on 26/12/2014. They gave me the Call Id No DL260069. On 27/12/2014 a Service Engineer from Havells wisited my place picked it up to it’s service center for it’s servicing. He gave me the contact number of his service center and asked me to call after 2 days. When I called after 2 days they told me that it needs some part replacement & again asked me to call after 2 days. When I called agin they repeat the same story. This happened for 3 times continuously. Then I called Havells customer care on 10/01/2015 & explained them the situation. They gave me a Call No ea100924 & told that comeone would call back within 24 hours. I didn’t received any callback but I received a message on 11/01/2015 that my call has been closed. I again called Havells customer care on 17/01/2015 & again they gave me a new call no EA172102 & told that someone would callback in 24 hours. But, again I didn’t received any callback till date. Now it’s been around 25 days they picked my coffee maker & I have no clue that what is the problem with it, what are they doing with it & till when my problem will be resolved.

I want full refund of my product or a new product.
