Tata Indicom – Payment made Service blocked not responding

I Have ported from the Vodafone to Docomo Recently and i have made payment of previous operator on 20th Jan. and even email has been sent to DOCOMO with bill receipt on 22nd jan, but still my service is blocked from 24th night. after calling many times to customer care for 3 days my service did not started, im facing heavy loss because of this. every time when i call they say just half an hour sir we will restart your service. but its 3rd day i don’t have mobile service. i want to put complaint on both Vodafone and TATA Docomo.

with immediate effect service should be restored, or else i should be allowed to go to my previous operator, other damages are not calculated yet, as the damages will come to focus i will take action
