Havells india limited, diva 18 motor repair – not getting a proper response from service technician

We have given a havells fan(Diva-18) motor for repair to Trivandrum havells office near Secretariat on 29-july-2013, after 20 days also we are not getting a proper response from service technician. Technician is cheating us by telling a lot of excuses for past 10 days.

We are afraid whether we will get the motor part which we gave for repair. We have been calling the technician and sending SMS and going to office many times spending our money and effort to just get our product. Still the staffs responsible misguide us informing that the product is delivered and will reach you today itself, later on don’t pick their mobile.

I want my fan motor back and need compensation for all the money i spend going to havells office and contacting the technician over phone.
