Dear Sir/Madam, I regret to inform you that on 27th of July I was at a Reliance Digital store (The Great India Place Mall, Noida) looking for some mobile phones when a Store salesman approached me and convinced me to buy a Samsung Note II in exchange offer. I had a trust on Reliance brand and never imagined that I will be cheated. My trust on Reliance made me exchange my Samsung Galaxy S II with Samsung Note II in addition with 27,399 INR. But to my astonishment that very night I discovered that the price of Note II is not 37,300 but 28,000 INR (In all local retail outlets + online stores). Next day I approached to the manager of Reliance Digital (Mr. Manas) who refused to help me, neither did he returned me my SII when I told him that I will buy the Note II but let me have my SII back. If i had to spend such amount of money; i would not have opted for an outdated Note II but some latest Mobile say S4 but Mr. Manas did not co-operate with any request. This is the most bitter experience in my life until now where a lucrative brand like Reliance has shattered my trust. I have approached to customer service of Reliance Digital but they do not even reply to my mails even after sending many reminder mails. They did not even provide me a written documentation stating that they sold me the mobile handset in much inflated rate and did not return the handset in question when I approached them the very next day 28th of July. I am writing this email to you in hope of justice. Please provide me justice from fraudulent Reliance Digital.
Please provide me justice. Please make them return me my mobile or compensate me for my mobile phone.
