My HCL Tablet, Model – Connect 2G 2.0, Serial No – 0513PCC2G2DIT17592, purchased on 3rd July 2013, was having problems like speakers not working, Net dongle not connecting & touch screen hanging for which I submitted My Tablet in HCL service center – Grow more computer center in Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 23rd Nov for repair but while repairing they broke the touch screen and on 23rd Dec they asked me to submit box & accessories for replacement of device, two months had passed I am still waiting to receive the device back, And in last 57 days so many pathetic incidents happened that if I go on writing here, it will take hours to mention all those things, Service center has assured me many times that I would get replacement in some time but even after 2 months they have not given any exact date, they are just giving excuses & when I called customer care they are not even updated that a replacement has to be given to me, I am just hanging between customer care & service center, Tablet Serial No – 0513PCC2G2DIT17592, Complaint ID – 8400350706 I have written many mails to HCL & service center, copy of the same can be provided if required, Regards, Ankur Choudhary
