I subscribed for 1 year Zigwheel magazine with Times group on 20th Oct 2013.I paid Rs.450 using credit card. As the magazine was not coming I called the customercare so many times and at last I asked them for a refund. They asked me to send a mail to crm .bangalore @timesgroup. com on 9th Jan 2014. Till date I haven’t got any reply from them or they are not responding to my calls.

I want my money back which I paid to Times group and descent compensation. I have wasted my time and money to call them so many times.
