Sirsir, i have bought a hcl me u2 tablet in feb’2013, after some days (2 month) its battery start draining quickly and also heating since starting. In june its touch stopped working , so i gave it in i touch service centre in lucknow on 31 july 2013. they told me to take maximum 20 days to repair it but they took two months to repair it, just two days after recieving the tablet booting and touch problem occured so i again gave it in the same service centre on 1 oct 2013,till now they have not repaired it due to unavailability of spares even after 15 days . Even i have contacted so many time to them. i am living in jhansi so i cant visit luckonw again and again. So please you take necessory action . So that i may utilise the tablet on which i have spent a lot of money. Thank you..

either they change the tablet or resolve the problem properly and quickly.
