My self Naveen Kapoor had purchased a HCL desktop from Creative Sales, Sector 20-C, Chandigarh vide B.no.396 dated 03-12-2013 with onsight warranty for the same for three years. But the same is not working from 24th Dec 2013 night and i have registered my first complaint on 25-12-2013 on their registered complaint centre number 18601800425 vide complaint no. 8503751260, but they have closed the call without informing me and on enquiry i got reply that the same was wrongly alloyed to patiala centre which is not in covering our location. I again registered the complaint vide no. 8503772636 dated 30-12-2013. Now they have allocated the complaint to service centre of Mohali and committed that they will visit your place within 24 hrs and has visited. But they found some problem in its motherboard and said they will replace the same within 48 hrs. Till now we are calling on daily basis to number of representatives of their service centre and got reply that company has not send their motherboard for replacement, when ever they will receive the same will replace it. I have called Mr. Pawinder on his cell 9888584848 also called Mr. Maninder on his cell 9779119491, but all in vain. You are requested to please intervene and arrange to get it resorted.

The main thing is i had purchased it for my children for their study, but they have not even used it for not more than 22 days and got problem in the same. Please help to resovle the issue or get it replace with the good one having no problem.
