HCL Tab – battery problem or charger problem no service by centre

Dear Sir, I have purchased a HCL ME Connect 2G tab from home shop 18.day one after delivery my ME tab could not open due battery problem or charger problem I don’t know. I have write a mail to home shop18. He had suggested me to visit HCL service center. I have visited to HCL Varanasi Service Center and told him problem after 10 days I received my tab once again but problem could not be sought out, again I have complained for the same problem again he had taken and after repair problem remain unchanged. I this way I have 3 times but my problem remain the same. Because I living in Singrauli(M.P.) there is no service center ,so ever time for service I need to go Varanasi (U.P) Kindly provide to change My Tab On urgent Basis.
