I have ordered two products via one order on myntra.com The first order proved nightmare for me as they cancelled one of the items in the order without any reason and made me angry. I simply asked them to cancel the entire order and process refund to my bank account asap. They they agreed to that but don’t know it took them another 15 days just to get show the status of cancelled on their website. It’s been 20 days and they haven’t yet refunded my money. When contacted via email they shamelessly keep on saying please give us another 2 day, give us just another one day. IDIOTS!!! Why do you harass customers who believe in you. I wish i could delete my account with myntra after such a bad experience. Request you to please process my refund ASAP.
I want refund of my money back to my bank account and then delete the account with myntra.
