SnapDeal – Product not shipped not replying

Hi sir, I have bought an handsfree of skullcandy from snapdeal on 2nd april. According to his guidelines they have to shipped the product in 7 days but till now they not shipped my product. Whenever i mail them about the shipping of product they increase their time period but from now they not replying my mail. So i am helpless i have already a pay an advance payment.

I want my product delivery to my home within 2 days.
