I bought a new tablet HCL Y2 in March 13, ever since i bought it, it is creating problems like very poor battery backup, switching off automatically, restarting after many attempts etc. i gave 3 times tablet to service center and they also accepted that there is some mother board issue. after many services and assurances, my tablet not working properly, it switched off automatically and now not restarting after many attempt. it is happening third time. Vijay Sales sold me a defective tablet and now both Vijay Sales and HCL not accept their responsibility.
