Dear Sir/Madam, I, Mrs Dimple Doshi have purchased a hcl tablet (Model Y2, Serial No: 512EDR024609) last year i.e.11/11/2012 from Balasore, Orissa. The warranty period for the same was 1 year. The issue is in the first six months the tablet got hanged and i have sent it for repair to the same vendor i.e. Infotech Solutions, Balasore. The vendor resolved my problem. But, with in next 3 months of the repair the tablet status was dead. This time i was in Jamshedpur so i gave it for repair at IT services, Jamshedpur with a written complaint to hcltouch (customer care). The response from the customer care was poor and they just delayed the issue as the feedback was that the model which i purchased was the scrab model and they were reluctant to exchange the same. Meanwhile, the service agency at Jamshedpur repaired the tablet and charged me Rs 350/- saying that your warranty period got over. But, I shared them too that i had already started the process in the month of October than how come i am delayed. the process was delayed by both of you i.e. you and the customer care. Now, my only issue is that i want to exchange my tablet with another reliable model and get back my money that i spend in repairing. i only can know the pain i took to visit number of times the service agency for the exchange. Please suggest and resolve my issue as i feel its a genuine complaint of an indian citizen who believe in customer loyalty.
