Respected Sir/Madam, I have transferd the amount of 13k from HDFC to (CUB)City union bank on 20th of jan 2014, through NEFT online till now amount has not been credited to CUB, but from HDFC amnt has been debited from my ac. I enquired at CUB but i dint get proper response from CUB, i have enclosed the attachment of HDFC statement, due to this i’m unable to pay my depths, i got penalty of 1750/-. kindly do the needful.
