My Tata DoCoMo mobile No 9037867157 activated with VAS (Job alerts) and freequently deducted Rs 3/- on every alternate days. On enquery through SMS, authorities informed that no VASactivated onthe said mobile Number. When I try to contact customer care executive always reply received that they can not take a complaint as server is down. It is also intimated that many times, custmer care executive not attending the calls even after waiting period of 45 to 55 seconds. Kindly take immedite action to deactivate/STOP all value added service, ( which deduct the existing balance on prepaid sim) given to my mob number 9037867157. Thanking you.
