Hi, I have taken three policies (888875945, 888876224, 889126777) from Max life Insurance. As per their service call and as per the agents (Mr. Vikram Chauhan and Mr. Aditya Arora) below are the commitments:- 1) 10 Lacks Medical insurance policy 2) Reversal of Money (as a bonus) 3) Dipawali Gifts 4) Discount in next year of permiums. ant lot more offers given to me. As per their offers, I have invested 90000/- in October’2013 in the company but still not received any benifits. I have informed the grievance cell of Max life but not received any proper response. Due to their commitments I had not taken medical policy from other company due to that I had to face a mishappening in my family. I have all the call recordings between me and the agents.
