I give my hcl me 2g connect tablet at hcl authorized service center at ujjain after raised service request to hcl s.no. 8400458xxx through service center no. 1860-1800-xxx on 22/11/2014. from the day of they take my tablet he does not give me any date on which i received my tablet, and till today after completion of 1 month he replayed me same answer that he does not give me any date to which i receive my tablet after repair. and every till they give mental stress by providing the same answer, sir its my quarry that it is the quality of service in which the service center not give proper date to customer and customer again and again take mental stress. i personally talk to mr amrish bhatnagar the owner of service center approx. 3 to 4 times and visit center approx. 8 to 10 times and i got same answer.
sir / mam i only want that the service center give me my tablet as soon as possible in fully functional and repaired condition in a time bound manner, i.e he give me the nearest possible date within a week on which i received my tablet from there center and for future prospectus i request to you for big penalty of money to him because in future they not repeat the same mistake. and towards hcl company also as do not support costumer as i nearly mail 5 mail of complaint but they not reply in satisfactory manner. so request you to give penalty hcl service also. thanks its my request to take it on your priority concern. below i attached job sheet from service center.
