Tablet motherboard is working. i am regularly mailing HCL support regarding the delivery of my device but they not replying properly. Its been over but still they are not sure when it will be delivered back. Whenever i call they just give me 15 more days time with the reason part is not available. At the time of submission they just asked for 15 days time.
I started facing the problem since lapse of 3 months of purchase. I want the replacement of my tablet with a new one and i regularly mailing the HCL company but they are saying replacement is possible if this problem occurred within 7 days of purchase, practically it is no possible for such problem to occur within 7 days. I want the replacement of my device.
