I bought two books “Dialogues of Plato by Plato” and “Candide by Voltaire”from eBay India (seller: Bharat Books) through online payment on 23rd November, 2013 with total cost Rs. 192.51 out of which Rs. 105.09 was of the former and 87.42 was of the latter with PaisaPay ID 35058984333. I received one book “Dialogues of Plato by Plato” on 28th November, 2013 with Airway Bill No. 589920284790 but it was not accompanied by the other book i.e. “Candide by Voltaire” which was to be sent with same Airway no. 589920284790. When I checked the FedEx website, I came to know that they have mentioned “delivered” against both the books but the truth is that I received only one. I communicated with the seller immediately on 29th November, 2013 about the case and they responded that they are going through the process of procurement of the item and will soon ship it as soon as they find it. When I didn’t receive any further communication from eBay and the seller, then I raised a claim (No. 352659)on eBay saying that I still want the item but adding to my surprise, eBay rejected my claim by saying that I have received the item which is totally false. I haven’t received the item yet.
I want my money back i.e., Rs. 87.42.
