(mail send to airtel regarding matter) Subject : Unswindle Internet Charges on Mobile No.: 9815179xxx.Reference No. F1416901476 Dear Sir, I have been using Airtel GSM Services for the last ten years and would appreciate the quality services it provides compared to other Mobile operators such as Vodafone ,MTNL and BSNL.Currently ,iam subscriber of your 129 postpaid Talk Plan. But iam very sorry to say that embezzlement sort of internet charges has been levied against my Phone No – 9815179xxx of upto 2500 INR for the month of December.I like to add that iam not availing and further activated any sort of Airtel GPRS Services on my Subscribed No. Iam using other operator services for accessing Data Services on my Handset of which i have all receipts and records.My handset setting only allow Data Services on other Mobile operator(Reliance GSM). On view of this i had conversation with your Sr. Supervisor Customer Services Miss. Shilpi in Chandigarh but she was not mature enough to understand the whole issue and gravity of its repercussions like losing a sincere Customer who is diligently paying his dues to Airtel for last 4 years as a Postpaid Subscriber and further not hesitating to go to TRAI or Consumer Court for swindling billing. At the end, wants to conclude that kindly not to charge any internet charges on my December Billing and investigate the whole matter on your end so to avoid any confrontation later on. Iam also not in any condition to pay this sort of unscrupulous billing from Airtel. I hope my grievances will be looked into so not to loose more customers like me in the future and always pride to best mobile operators in India.

Internet Charges levied should be waived off as not availed this service and provided physical proof also (attached)
