i have given hcl me u1 tablet to repair at stated sevice centre in lucknow,they told me that they return it after 10 days and it is about 30- days passed away and still it is in service center when i called him mr.gaurav told that he has reigned from hcl but whwn i go there i seen that he was there,all time i called him they told that the part is not here and call after 10 days,i have a lot of mentle pressure from there behaviour and then i decided to go for consumer complaint plzz sir take a genuine action against him,they are totaly froud thank you

i want better service and return back my tablet within 5 days with no problem in it
