I have SB A/C with HDFC Bank,DLF Phase-2, Gurgaon, Haryana. and I Ordered DD through Phone banking on 19th July 2013, same was issued but not received at my mailing address so I requested to resend to HDFC Bank, GK-2, New Delhi Branch on 1st Aug. 2013, but after 50 day’s passed and I haven’t got my DD or there is no response from GK-2 Branch and Customer support. each and every time I called to Customer support and 1 Hour explanation on phone banking a new Reference number is provided and asked to wait for next 7 days. I really badly harassed with HDFC Services. Kindly do the needful for the same.

I want conssation for all these losses created by HDFC Bank Services.
