HDFC Bank – ECS presented with wrong name

Dear Consumer Cell Team, This mail is with reference to mistake done by hdfc bank again and again. My personal loan ac no is 25278021 and emi amount is Rs 6836.00/-. My first emi date was 04/09/2013. My first 2 EMI deducted from my account without any problem but suddenly my third emi gets bounced because of name mismatch(ECS MANDATE PROBLEM-ACCOUNT NO FILLED BY HDFC BANK INCORRECT), then again I submitted ECS MANDATE form to hdfc noida branch to ms sapna gupta(also copy attached). After this I pay emi amount by cheque. Then my December emi deducted from my account without any problem. Now again january emi bounced with same reason(Name mismatch HDFC BANK MISTAKE). Because of these kind of mistake my CIBIL score decreased. who is responsible for this? Please provide me solution as soon as possible otherwise if this problem happened again then i will take legal action against bank because it was never my fault as my account is fully funded with emi balance. EMI STATUS TILL [1]. 04/09/2013 – 6836.00 – paid [2]. 04/10/2013 – 6836.00 – paid [3]. 04/11/2013 – 6836.00 – Bounced – name mismatch – hdfc bank mistake(after consulting customer care visit noida loan branch and submit ecs mandate again to miss sapna copy attached) and paid emi by cheque [4]. 04/12/2014 – 6836.00 – paid [5]. 04/01/2014 – bounced – name mismatch hdfc bank mistake. I have no time to call hdfc bank again and again and visit customer care regarding this problems. my salary cut for every visit to customer care Please solve this issue as soon as possible. For reference following mails attached. [1]. Reply from HSBC bank regarding hsbc bank problem that HDFC bank presented ECS with wrong name. Dear HDFC Grievance team, Referring to the trailing mail I expected HDFC Bank to resolve the ISSUE within 5 days as mentioned in your mail on 10-jan-2014. But I have got nothing not even a single reply from HDFC bank from last 8 Days. The services the bank is providing is extremely POOR and now I am moving to take my complaint to consumer court and concerned authorities. I expect the resolution and compensation for inconvenience from the bank, also bank lowered down my CIBIL Score. Bank will have to pay for that. The ISSUE is the Fault of HDFC bank(Mail Reply from HSBC attached for reference). I also expect a apology letter from HDFC Bank regarding this matter. I am frustrated from your services, call centres, timelines. If my Issue not resolved within 2 days then I will stop the payments to HDFC Bank.
