I have purchased flat at Lodha in July 2009 at CASA BELLA 1702 A Wing I got clearance from HDFC bank (April 2011) that submit builders’s letter (i.e. LODHA) and take first amount of cheque of Plinth level. Miss deepa delayed in giving this letter till september 2011. When I submitted plinth level and first slab cheque. Deepa deducted interest amount of Rs. 70000 from my slab 1 payment. This interest was charged to me despite she has delayed in sending documentation to me. All these things, I had showed through my all mails and its scan copy. Then at this point, you can check that my slab 1 payment was only 48000 only. and again interest was charged on my remaining amount of slab 1 till next payment of slab3. This continued and it came as remaining amount of 50000 in slab 18. you can check I paid cheque of 70000 personally to Preeti on July 31, 2012 . As discussed that is last amount remaining after our calculation. She told that she will talk to Akalpita and get me interest waiver which was laid on me by Deepa at the time slab 1 payment. ( all Email conversation has been explained to all customer Manager). I explained whole things to Current Customer manager Dilip Tekwani, but he is not ready to listen anything.

As per my calculation, I do not have to pay any interest to Lodha. They are still miscalculating and charging me interest of 1.5 Lakhs INR, which is too much.
