Hello Sir/Mam This is Purushottam Kumar and I want to log a complaint against HDFC bank. The bank has deducted the amount of Rs. 393.36 from my account without my knowledge. When I called the customer care, I was told that it is no more salary account and have to maintain min balance of Rs.10000. Agreed that I left my job and they have every right to change it to non salaried account. However, they have the responsibility and I have the right to be aware of this change so that I can take decision accordingly. How could they just start deducting money without intimating me. Looks like smart & intelligent scam designed by high people in HDFC. I request you to investigate the case and reverse my hard earned money to my account.
