HDFC Bank Filled Wrong Details, Mis-Selling

Ref: HDFC Bank-Two Wheeler Loan Agreement File no. 9188363–Udham S Hooda–APW-1014-732-SN I applied for a 2 wheeler loan from HDFC Bank for buying a Harley Davison Bike. 1. Firstly their executive said that our Rate of Interest (ROI) will be 13-14% and then 12.5%. When i refused to take loan on 12.5%, finally after negotiation their rep agreed for 9%. 2. When they came to me for getting the agreement kit signed, i requested them to fill the form completely and then get the signatures. But HDFC team said that as a standard policy we cant fill it here and we can fill it back in office after getting it signed. But they assured me that we will share the scanned copies of duly filled form. I was in doubt about their intentions so i mailed them that you will disburse the loan only after you share scanned copies of requested pages. Finally without information they gave money to bike dealer and bike dealer billed my bike. I didn’t pick the bike for few days for some reasons. one reason was i was waiting for the details from bank. Finally i picked the bike because not picking the bike wont help me. At a very later stage after putting lot of pressure on HDFC, when i got few of the requested details, i found lot of variation in ROI. The details filled in form were totally different than what they promised and committed at the time of getting the kit signed. Discrepancies are mentioned in mail below which i sent to them. 3. Till date they have not shared all the scanned pages with me on which they got my signatures. And this is when i have mailed they plenty of times, keeping their Managing Director in loop. 4. There are so many mails we have exchanged, but every time i get a system generated kind of mail from them and my problem is not getting resolved. 5. Recently i found that HDFC Bank have also forged my signatures on the agreement kit. I doubt about this at one place in the kit, and maybe they did same in lot more critical sections and maybe that’s why they are hesitant to share all the scanned copies. 6. Till today i was just trying to make them accept that they did wrong and i just wanted them to correct it and let me start paying as per their commitments. But they believe more in their team and instead of accepting the mistake their team did, they are every time telling me that I HAVE ACCEPTED THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, BCZ ITS ME WHO SIGNED THE AGREEMENT KIT”. THEY ARE REALLY NOT INTERESTED TO ACCEPT THAT THE AGREEMENT KIT STANDS INVALID IF THEY DIDNT SHARE THE REQUESTED SCANNED COPIES. I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT I TOLD THEM CLEARLY THAT THEY SHOULD NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO BIKE DEALER UNLESS I CHECK THE DETAILS FILLED IN AGREEMENT FORM/KIT. (Please refer trailing mails). 7. Over and above all, instead of working towards solving my problem, they are sending recovery agents to my residence and harassing my family in my absence. Till today i was just expecting them to accept the mistake and rectify the problem. But now i want our honourable consumer court to punish them for whatever they are doing. First and foremost i would request for an assurance that they will no more harass me and my family.
