i have done online shopping with trendin and order a belt of worth rs 1499 my order number is 170370.when i received the parcel after paying the money rs 1499-/and i saw it was empty i complaind at the same to trendin coustmer care on 29 sep 14.and after that i had talk to them so many time within this 2 months they have agreed and mailed me that it was there mistake that they have dispatched an empty box and asked me for my bank account details on 22 October 2014 for refunding me my money back and on the same date i had mailed my account detailed through mail. they had mentioned in mail that within 48 to 72 hours i will get my money back.till the date i have not received my money and after calling them so many times they are not responding to the matter.so this is my humble request to held me to get my money back.
