Complaint raised with Snapdeal ID: 11967737 Order Id: 3125674116 Product Code: 4231257574 Order Date:11/10/2014 Even after repeated complaints there is no progress in whatsoever way from snapdeal. Neither the product is traceable nor canceled and there is no update as well from SNAPDEAL? /BLUEDART? The problem is not getting resolved even after so much persuasion. Complaint made via phone, mail to Snapdeal/ Bluedart. As is evident from the Conversation with customer care of Snapdeal the Tracking ID of the product with Bluedart is wrong and Snapdeal has to resolve with Bluedart But its not done yet. Bluedart Airway Bill no. 69167606266 does not exist.

The product has not been delivered even after 40 days. More than 20 times call has been made. I cannot move from my place awaiting for the material. Have to cancel my trips and make calls repeatedly to Snapdeal to clear the case. Last call made to Snapdeal on 17/11/2014 and they assured me that problem will be resolved in 48 Hours but till now no progress has happened.
